PROACTIVE’s state of the art on CBRNe legal and ethics now available on our site

After eight months of hard work and a ridiculous amount of reading, the PROACTIVE consortium is proud to present the Legal and Ethical State-of-the-Art when it comes to CBRNe preparedness and response.

The deliverable provides an overview of the main human rights that are relevant in the PROACTIVE project as well as the applicable legal precepts concerning privacy and data protection. It also reviews the legal and policy framework for CBRNe events and uses a case study based in German for CBRNe guidelines. Lastly, an ethical framework is established for how PROACTIVE should continue with the CBRNe research it is undertaking.
